Finger Click Saver does not charge for product reviews; however, Finger Click Saver does require the company to provide a full size sample product, mailed at your company’s expense, to Finger Click Saver.  The product will not be returned to the company. This is mandatory as Finger Click Saver cannot write an effective review of the product for your company without having hands on experience with the product first. Reviews will be completed within two weeks of receiving the product.
Finger Click Saver highly recommends the company to offer a like product to be used in a giveaway.  This maximizes the exposure to your company, the company’s website, and the product itself. Finger Click Saver will also be able to promote the product via other social networks as well. These networks consist of Facebook, Twitter, BlogFrog, and Networked Blogs.  Should your company choose not to do a giveaway, Finger Click Saver will still provide an honest review for the product.

Internet Shopper Click-Thru Sites

If you were to search the web for these types of sites you would come across a bountiful.  It’s unrealistic to utilize more than you can handle.  For one…it becomes time consuming when you are trying to find the better site to click-thru….and time is money and a whole lot more for mothers, fathers, and people who have a full plate already.  Secondly, even if you found a site you haven’t used, and decide to sign up with, you must think about how often you would utilize that particular site.  If you don’t think you’d utilize it often enough…then the money in your account would sit there for some time before you would be eligible to cash it out. Where as, if you consistently use another site the money would add up faster making it so you could cash out on your saved money earlier and getting it back in your pocket.
All of the sites below, are websites where you go to their website, find the store** you are wanting to purchase from, and click on the store through that website.
**Not all stores are on all sites, and some aren’t on any, and yet; some offer a higher rebate/points per dollar than other sites do. It’s worth doing your homework to see which site will give you the most bang for your buck.
Some of the sites give you additional ways to earn points either by reading their emails, searching the web, using their toolbar, or taking surveys. Some offer coupons.
There is a site I have recently discovered.  It’s called cashreporter.com. This site will do the work for you when comparing what site offers what for cash back.  All you have to do is type in the website you  are looking to make a purchase at, and if it’s on a cash back site, the search will pull up which cash back sites you’ll receive cash back thru and the amount that site offers for cash back.
My suggestion to you is if you don’t belong to any of the sites below, familiarize yourself with each site below, sign onto them all….doesn’t matter if you’ll never use the site down the road….just sign on so that when you do use cashreporter.com your already registered at each site…saving you a lot of time in the long run and you’ll be well informed of each site’s policy beforehand.
If you don’t want to sign on with them all, I can tell you from experience, the sites I use the most often are Ebates, Mr. Rebates and My Points b/c they offer more stores it seems than the others and their cash back seems to be higher than the others for the same stores I shop at.  Now, if you have a Discover Credit Card…Cash Reporter references their cash back program quite often I’m finding.  And, Discover’s program seems to offer a higher cash back percentage than any of the major sites (ebates, Mr. Rebates, My Points…the sites that have been around the longest) listed for cash back.

This site automatically sends you your money when you meet the cash out requirement.    
My Points:
Mypoints.com offers many opportunities to earn points, which can then be redeemed for different items, including gift cards.  When shopping (clicking) through their site to the store you are making your purchase at you will earn points for each dollar spent. Points per dollar vary from store to store. I recommend downloading and using the My Points toolbar as you earn points for searching the web through their toolbar. Opting in to receive their emails (you must click on the advertisement in order to receive credit) will earn you 5pts each or more if you sign up for an offer.  Printing and redeeming coupons each month will earn you points.  I have cashed in points for itunes gift cards and restaurant cards without incident.  At the time of this positing (1/15/11),  I have over 32000 points available to cash in on when I am ready to. The points truly add up fast if you work the program.
Ebates:
Shop any of the websites on their website to earn cash back on your purchases. They pay. I have received checks in the mail and money into my PayPal account over and over again.  This is one of my favorite click-thru sites.  Each day they have a store which offers double cash back.
Become a Swagernaut!
It’s truly fun to be a Swagernaut!  Download their toolbar or search directly from their site to earn Swag Bucks. Swag Bucks can be redeemed for prizes from a multitude of categories, including gift cards. They also can be used to enter “Swagstakes” -their sweepstakes.  I love this site…I love hunting for swag codes :-). The home page of this site, near the bottom of the page, has their widget.  The widget makes it easy to find out if there’s a code out there up for grabs. As an alternative, I have the widget placed at the bottom of my blog.  I personally haven’t cashed in any of my swagbucks but I do have a close friend who does so all the time, without incident
I use this site regularly.  In fact, it was my favorite for clicking thru during the 2010 Christmas season as it was giving back more on my dollars spent at the stores I shopped.

THE MANY USES FOR APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

For all the mommies who use cloth diapers…when you launder then add 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar to the final rinse water.  This will make them softer and help prevent diaper rash.
Anti-inflammatory/antibacterial agent:  When mixing sea salt with apple cider vinegar and applying it to sprains, Ringworm, nail fungus, bunions, corns, calluses, warts, shingles, boil, ant black fly, mosquito bites, wasp, bee stings and even poison ivy it acts as a powerful antibacterial agent and anti-inflammatory.
For a bloody nose: apply a compress of 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar and 1 cup water to the base of the neck to the top of the nose- this helps constrict blood vessels.
Bugs: Repel lice and bed bugs with a combination of the essential oils of tea tree, rosemary, lavender, and peppermint.  Make them into a spray and spray on hair and bedding.
Digestive: It is to be believed that apple cider vinegar improves digestive ailments, correcting constipation, improving digestion and increasing one’s metabolic rate.  One cup of warm water mixed with one tbsp apple cider vinegar will help heartburn when sipped slowly.
Indigestion, nausea, and motion sickness is claimed to improve when you drink a mix of 2 tsp. of apple cider vinegar and raw honey in a glass of warm water daily.
Congested anyone?  This is a good one….mix 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar and honey in a cup of hot water and drink 3 times a day.  It breaks up mucus congestion and cough.  Honey, in itself, is known to calm the airways of asthmatics.

20 Uses for baking soda
1. To put out a grease fire, scatter baking soda over it by the handful to extinguish flames.
2. Clean the dishwasher and coffeemaker by running an empty cycle with baking soda.
3. Add ½ cup baking soda to your bath for an at-home spa treatment.
4. Polish jewelry with a paste made of water and baking soda. It’s safe on both silver and gold.
5. Scatter baking soda in the kitty box, then add litter on top to keep smells to a minimum. Or make a DIY litter, mixing a small box of baking soda with 3 inches of sandy clay.
6. For instant relief from bug bites, sunburn and poison ivy, mix baking soda with a little water and apply it directly to the sore.
7. Make a fluffier omelet by adding ½ teaspoon baking soda for every three eggs.
8. Pour in 1 cup baking soda followed by 1 cup hot vinegar to quickly unclog the kitchen drain.
9. Fight dandruff by tabling the shampoo for a few weeks and massaging your wet scalp with a handful of baking soda instead.
10. Gargle with baking soda, or use it as mouthwash.
11. Soak toothbrushes in a mixture of ¼ cup baking soda and ¼ cup water; let brushes stand overnight for a thorough cleaning.
12. Use a pinch in a gallon of freshly-brewed iced tea, to take out the bitterness and prevent cloudiness.
13. Use baking soda to brush your pets’ teeth.
14. Scatter baking soda on icy sidewalks?it’s not as corrosive as salt.
15. Discourage weeds by sprinkling baking soda into the cracks on your driveway and walkways.
16. Surround Fido’s food bowls with baking soda to keep pests away.
17. Mix a little baking soda into your conditioner and lather on your hair to keep it healthy and resistant to split ends.
18. Have heartburn? Create an antacid by mixing ½ teaspoon of baking soda with ½ cup of water.
19. To clean a toilet, add ¼ cup baking soda to the bowl, swirl, then scrub.
20. Exfoliate your skin with a paste of 3 parts baking soda to one part water. Apply gently with your fingertips in a circular motion, then rinse.

Online Savings Techniques

I love to save money…who doesn’t?  People know how to save money offline, but what about when they are shopping online?  Wouldn’t you like to get the most out of your online shopping?  I am going to show you how…it’s very simple.  Refer to the page links above and you will find all the information you need to know in order to save money as I do.  It really is a “rush” to see the savings add up.  The sites I list have all been tested by me and I have received cash back.  I will not list a site until I know it’s the real deal.  If you already are an avid online shopper and happen to know of other sites not listed that you know are the real deal and would like to share them, I welcome you to do so.

I know…you are probably saying…. Why would I want to buy online and pay for shipping fees? How am I saving money if I pay these fees?  Well…many websites offer free shipping offers when spending so much on a purchase.  Often, I can justify my paying these fees (when I have to), as I would have to spend the money on gas and wear and tear of my vehicle if I were going to a brick and mortar store.  I would also have to go when they are open, drag my children with me or pay for a sitter, and wait in the sometimes unbearable lines, to checkout.  Most of my Christmas shopping is done all in the comfort of my home on the Internet. 

You ask, “Is it safe to use your credit card online….I worry about someone stealing my information.”  The answer is simple.  To make sure a website is secure, check the address bar of your Internet browser (where you type in the website you want to visit) when you are on the check out page of the website you are shopping at. If you don’t see “https” before the website address (instead of http:) then the information you put in is not being sent over a secure connection.  There is still some risk of the site not being secure, but the chances of this is slim (Please see below on ways to protect your identity on and offline). when you are shopping on a well-known website, such as: JC Penney, Sears, ebay, Old Navy, Justice, Brylane Home, Domestication’s etc.

FYI…..Steps in protecting your identity at all times:
This information isn’t to deter you from shopping on the Internet…it’s so you can be an informed consumer.  With as much shopping I have done on the Internet, I never have had a problem….and I’ve done A LOT of shopping in the past 10 yrs. on the Internet!
1. Make a copy of the contents of your purse/wallet containing any information that is personal….Social Security Card, Driver’s License, front and back of Credit Cards, debit cards, passport etc. You can go to a copy center to do so, use your computer copier or scanner (make sure to print it out in the event your PC were to ever die if you scan the pics), or take a picture using your camera and then printing them out at home.  Don’t ever send the pictures out to be printed or pick up in store…you are compromising someone else seeing your information.
2. Make a list of the phone numbers of all your credit cards so you can report your lost or stolen credit cards.  Keep this in a file.

3. When signing your credit cards do not sign your name….sign…. “ask for photo ID.”
4. If paying a credit card by check…do not put the entire credit card account number on the check.  Instead, use only the last four numbers.  The credit card company can figure out the rest. If a credit card bill comes in the mail with your credit card account number on it, before returning your payment cross out all numbers except the last four with a marker or pen making sure one can’t see beneath the ink.
5. Never have your Social Security number printed on your checks. You can add it if and when necessary.
6.  If you ever have your wallet or purse stolen, the first thing you should do before contacting each and every credit card company, is to contact the 3 Credit Bureaus to immediately place a FRAUD ALERT on your name/account.  This can be done online as well.  The next call should be to the Social Security Fraud line.  By placing an alert on your name means any company that checks your credit will know your information was stolen and then need to contact you by phone to authorize new credit.

 7.  After contacting the Credit Bureaus contact each of your credit card companies to notify them of the lost or stolen card.
Ensure you complete the above steps.  It’s extremely easy to steal ones identity these days.  One can now apply for credit cards on the Internet, open bank accounts, apply for loans etc.  One can shop on the Internet with your information as you would if they had the information they need, in hand.
Lastly, visit http://www.annualcreditreport.com/ to retrieve your free report under the FACT Act.  One is entitled to a copy of their credit report for free through the credit bureaus annually.  You may be astonished as to who is looking at your credit and the errors that you may find listed on your report.  For example, roughly 10 years ago when I pulled one of mine,  I discovered someone listed me as having a bankruptcy!  I never have filed for bankruptcy and it was later discovered the entry was for the wrong Susan Woods.  It was also discovered that, a friend and his father, had entries on their credit reports that belonged to each other.  To this day I don’t understand how any of this could happen as each person has a unique Social Security number.  Why weren’t those crossed referenced?!.

UPDATE:   I originally posted I had a lot of trouble with this website.  However, I do not believe it was due to anything on their part now.  I believe it had to do with my computer and they way the browsers opened after being shutdown improperly when the computer was rebooted.  What leads me to saying this is, I did a proper reboot the day after this posting and I had no trouble utilizing the site in any of my browsers.  OH….the joys of electronics…very frustrating at times!

Needless to say, once I got in and got going, I found the site fairly simple to use.  Due to me not having a great cell phone when I was reviewing this site (I killed my good one!), I opted to upload a picture from my PC.   Prior to uploading the picture, I enhanced the photo I wanted to put on the postcard, using Fotoflexer.  I typed in what I wanted my message to say on the back of the postcard and hit send.  It was that simple.
  
The person I sent the postcard to was my sister as she was feeling a bit down at the time.  She loves our dog Gracie, so the picture was of Gracie.  The day she received the postcard she called me.  She was thrilled to have received it…it made her day! 

A couple days later, I went to the mailbox and the exact same postcard she received, I received as a courtesy for sending my first cellphone postcard.  I am extremely impressed with the quality of this postcard.  It’s printed on heavy card stock with a glossy finish.  It feels like it’s been professionally laminated.  It holds up to being handled.

With all the above being said, would I recommend this site to others?  Absolutely! What a great way to express oneself personally, for only .99 cents!

The focus of this website is sending a postcard directly from his or her cell phone to anyone in their address book or from their computer. The process, in itself, was simple however; the glitches I ran into made the experience not such a good one. If by chance, any of you have had any type of experience with this website, I would love to hear it. 

I had a very difficult time adding the address of the person I was sending the card to. In fact, I couldn’t use Internet Explorer as it wouldn’t let me save the information…all I could do was hit the cancel button. I then tried Firefox’s web browser. I had the same problem.  On Google Chrome, I could save the address but couldn’t upload a picture from my desktop…I got the error msg.”plugin missing.” I don’t even know what plugin I was missing as there was no indication of what plugin was needed.  This also occurred on IE.
I entered the address on Google Chrome and then was able to chose who the post card was going to on Internet Explorer.  I received an email confirmation shortly after hitting the send button. 

You ask…”How much does this cost?”  Here’s what their website states: 
Postcards cost 99 cents each when sent anywhere in the United States. The cost to send internationally is $1.98. Postcards are sold in packs of 10 and 20.
10 postcards cost $9.90, 20 postcards cost $19.80 – plus you get a free bonus postcard when you buy the 20 pack! NOTE: You can also send postcards to any APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) for just 99 cents. If you want to send postcards to any other foreign address, we charge the equivalent of 2 postcards ($1.98).

When you buy a pack, it is not necessary to use them all at once.  The unused postcards stay in your account until you are ready to send another.  The trial offer consists of where you can send one postcard free without having to enter any payment information.  The site has a rewards program as well.  
One2One Network recently gave me the opportunity to watch and review CMT’s first scripted sitcom, Working Class. The debut is Friday, January 28 at 8pm on the CMT channel. Another episode will air following the debut at 8:30pm.   
The storyline is about Carli (Melissa Peterman) who is a single mother trying to raise her three kids on her own. Carli, being from a rough neighborhood, decides she wants more for her kids and moves them to an upscale suburb. Carli soon realizes the transition was not what she was hoping. She is befriended unintentionally by a cranky neighbor Hank (Ed Asner), who works at a local deli/grocery store.. Carli takes on employment where Hank works. She is approached by a customer (Patrick Fabian) whom she has an immediate attraction to and begins to flirt grossly with him. She soon discovers from Hank “the customer” was more than just a customer, he was her boss. In fear of losing her job when she was called into his office, she apologizes repeatedly, yet still continuing to flirt with him. Much to her dismay, Carli’s meeting was interrupted abruptly…by her boss’ girlfriend. All the while this was happening, a former schoolmate (Buddy) shows up wanting to hook up with Carli. He learns Carli is only interested in him as a “Buddy.”
Now, I am not a fan of sitcoms, but I must say this show was very entertaining. Melissa Peterman portrays herself as being witty, smart, stressed (as most single parents are), however; she is able to make the best of whatever it is that comes her way. I laughed throughout the show from the beginning where she waters down the milk to the end when she discovers her new infatuation (her boss), has a girlfriend. Ed Asner is as dry and straight-faced as he was on the Mary Tyler Moore Show however his dryness makes one laugh.  
There will be twelve episodes airing. Future airings include multiple guest stars including, Reba McEntire from Reba, David Faustino from Married with Children, Kathy Kinney from The Drew Carey Show, John Schneider from The Dukes of Hazzard, Ryan Stiles from Whose Line Is It Anyway, Lesley Ann Warren from In Plain Sight and lastly, CMT’s own Evan Farmer from CMT Top 20 Countdown.
