I would use the money to get a cheap car as I do not have one. Would be nice to drive again instead of asking people for rides.
I would also use the money to buy a car. It would be such a great blessing!

Pay off medical bills! Would be awesome!
There isn’t just a single thing I would buy with the $1,000 if I did win. I would get probably get one big item, like a large-format HD TV, and a lot of little things including books, music, movies, and stuff for the house as well as presents for my loved ones.
I would use it to buy Christmas Presents
Sadly, I would use it to pay off some bills. It would be more fun to spend it on travelling or something fun but real life calls…
I would spend the $ On A Work Shed/ Shop $ equipment So I can build some house projects.
I would find some kind of Guy stuff, Wanting a Drill Press, & Tools..
I would use this to move out of our current apartment.
Luckily, I don’t have any big purchases that I need to make, so I can spend it on whatever I want!
I would take a vacation
Id Buy a Mic Preamp for my studio
If I don’t use the $1K on something frivolous, I would put it towards a new roof for my house.
Christmas gifts
Wife says I we need a couch…. 🙁 I want music Gear… 🙂
I could put it towards painting the trim on my house.

I would definitely get a nice camera, but which one is the real question.
Get the one that fits your needs – anything else is a waste of money. My daughter wanted a DSLR camera – I wasn’t going there for a 15yo. So I did research and got her the Canon SX50. You can’t get much closer to a DSLR camera – the photos are fabulous and it’s easy enough to operate w/o carting around a ton of lenses.
