Iron and b12
The B12 because of winter we dont get enough b12 and I can tell. I get a little depressed.
The winter surely does bring about crappiness. You may want to look at Vit D3 as well.
My hair and nails really need to try Biotin!
Vitamin D and B12.
I would be need all these vitamins as my blood tests came back showing low calcium and vitamin D. My immune system is attacking my hair follicles and I am fatigued. I believe biotin and vitamin B ad well as c will help in these areas. Vitamin D is essential for bones and with calcium prevents osteoperosis which I have a family history of.
I am super excited to try the vitamin D.

Oh wow! I have been shopping this week on Amazon putting vitamins in my cart to purchase next week. The doctor said more Vitamin D and Magnesium and Calcium since I have a brittle bone disease. I would love to try these since I have another brand in my shopping cart right now.
