  1. I have been trying to give up soda and I have been trying to be more active and walk more

  2. If i only could spare myself of all the coke I drink, I would be happy.

  3. I’d like to be a little more strict with my diet. I am doing mostly Paleo, but there are days I slip.

  4. I need to stop starving myself, I gain weight so much easier because of this. Its a habit that started over 25 yrs ago and a hard one to break

  5. I gave up soda and I am walking more than 10,000 steps a day.

  6. Aside from not being able to do cardio – I’m actually happy with my eating habits etc. considering my age.

  7. I need to get to a healthy weight and eat more fruits and vegetables, especially at lunch.

  8. I would love to cut down on my pop consumption and exercise for 30 minutes daily.

  9. I am adding more fresh fruit to my diet.

  13. What a lovely assortment! To be healthier, I am finally going to eat the recommended small portions throughout the day, instead of several larger meals.
