If you are wondering why the hoops are heavier for beginner adults and older children/teens – here’s the explanation for this:
- The more advanced you get the lighter and smaller hoop you use…its easier for tricks and stuff. Usually when you are first starting out you use a bigger, heavier hoop as they are easier to keep up and the bigger the hoop the slower the rotation. I use the lighter hoops for small children so they don’t bruise with the heavier hoops.

i attempted to ‘like’ grateful hoops on fb, but i think i got the wrong one.. i can not find one with a . between the words… also, i tried to ‘like’ another page and was unable because i was told that there was an error in the link to the page 🙁
