If you are in need of a decent, not overly priced Alarm Clock Radio for use with an iPhone or iPod, I can’t recommend this ihome Dual-Alarm Clock Radio highly enough.  Last Christmas I was searching for something like this for my daughter.  I spent countless hours reading reviews on different websites.  I knew I wanted a decent, yet not expensive, alarm clock (preferably dual) that would also serve as a docking/charging station for her iPod.  After researching this particular model I bought it.

My daughter will pack this thing up and take it to her friends, her grandparents and into the bathroom with her when she showers.  The sound output can be heard at the other end of the house when she’s showering! It’s definitely not a Bose; but for what you get from this little gadget – it is well worth the money spent.

It’s the Gold Box Deal on Amazon today!  You can purchase it for less than what I paid for it at Sam’s Club last year…almost $20 less!

Home Dual-Alarm Clock Radio for iPhone and iPod with AM/FM Presets

The iHome iP92BZ is a dual-alarm clock radio that lets you charge your iPhone or iPod and wake to a custom playlist or AM/FM radio. The iP92BZ comes with iHome’s Reson8 speaker chambers which are designed to deliver clarity, depth and power.

 Mighty Monkey Mittens

Aren’t these mittens just too cute?  I fell in love with them when I saw them and wished my kids were small again.  Aside from the mittens themselves, having them attached via the cording is really nice – can’t lose just one mitten that way!  Plus, these can be used as hand puppets!

These would make a great stocking stuffer, Christmas gift or just because winter is headed your way.

Thinking you might like a pair?  I found them on Totsy  under Muk Luks Kids for $11.75…orig. $20.

Christmas is coming and I am trying to make a decision; but since I am not an avid reader of books, I thought I would seek out the opinions of those who are.

Here’s the deal:
My mother in law – in her 60’s – loves to read books.  I’ve been pondering the idea of getting her a Kindle/Kindle Fire for a combined birthday/Xmas gift.  That being said, I don’t know if she’d like a Kindle where she has always read paperback books.  What are your thoughts?  Do you own an eReader?  I don’t want to waste my money if it’s not something she’d enjoy using.
Thanks!  Your input is greatly appreciated!
Make it a great day!

The Couponizer is celebrating their 10th Anniversary with a new look and upgraded materials!  I was all too excited when I learned I was selected to review this product and hold a giveaway for my readers!  When I first learned of this product a few months ago I wondered if it would be something I could relate to.  Once I got it in hand, let me just say – I can relate!  I am a coupon cutter – to an extent.  I don’t cut every coupon I come across. I don’t clear shelves.  I don’t have a room full of products that unrealistically cannot be used in a decent amount of time, and I don’t go from store to store to shop. With that in mind, The Couponizer is just perfect for my needs!

The Couponizer consists of six pieces.  The book itself, which has inside pockets categorically, labeled for your coupons.  In addition, there are pockets for the two tablets of paper it comes with.  One tablet is for your shopping list; and the other, for tracking your purchases and savings.  Do you see that long colorful strip above?  This is for you to lay out your cut coupons on so that you can have them all organized BEFORE placing them in their corresponding pockets in the book.  You’ll also find see-thru sleeves for your Loyalty Cards inside the book.
To store the book, a vinyl zippered case is included.  Another cool feature is a small pair of scissors that can be stored right in the zippered bag.  I must say, having my own little pair of scissors right where I need them is a huge plus. Whenever I am in need scissors they are never where they are suppose to be. I get real ugly when I can’t find a pair when I need them (I know don’t sweat the small stuff) but…we have 3 pair!  Seriously though, it’s not that difficult to put items back where they belong!

Just think of the money that you’d save if you had a system that works for your couponing.  Are you seeing green…I am! The Couponizer will simplify this task so you can reap the savings.  Leave it out on your counter/desk so when you cut a coupon you can slip it right into the pocket it belongs in.  When shopping day comes, gather the coupons for that shopping trip and place them in their pocket.  Then put the book in its bag and go shopping!  You won’t have to fumble through a ton of coupons looking to see if you’ve got one for a certain item – head to that pocket the item falls under go through just those – saving you time and money!

The Couponizer can be purchased {} for $19.95 + shipping.  This system would make a great a bridal shower gift, Christmas gift, birthday gift or  just because gift.
