Yes, I die my hair and have been for a very long time. And no, it’s not because of the gray’s I have, but because I hate the color of my hair. It’s a dull-medium brown color and I just don’t like it. That being said, I’ve used the traditional applicators, the foams, and most recently, Roots Only. By far, I like the Roots Only applicator better than the rest.

The applicator is very easy to use.  Fill the bottle with your product of choice which can be hair color, hair treatments, scalp treatments, conditioners and even lice treatment products. Then make sure all the tangles are out of your hair. If you happen to miss one – no big deal, simply stop squeezing the bottle and use the applicator like a comb. Now simply place the comb portion of the applicator right to your scalp, squeeze the bottle, and drag the comb throughout your scalp and hair. The applicator releases a steady, non-dripping stream of the product as you squeeze the bottle.

I loved how it got right down to my roots without having to rub it in. To get the roots around my ears and behind my head – I simply bent over and applied the applicator to the base of the hairline, working the applicator as I would when I comb my hair when I bend over.  Once you’ve dispensed all the product you want, simply wash out the bottle with soap and water and let it dry…can’t get much easier than that!

Visit Roots Only where you can watch a video and learn more about the product.  Sign up for their newsletter to receive monthly beauty tips and special discounts.  Roots only can also be found on Facebook and Twitter.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
