The hardest person to buy for this year would be my daughter, she’s at that place where if I got it, she doesn’t like it. I know that I’ve definitely earned her DIStrust there, but it still doesn’t make it any easier.

The hardest are my daughter who is in college and my tween age grand-daughter. They are both at different “in between” stages where it is hard to know what to give.
My brother is the hardest person to buy for on my list every year.
My parents because they are frequent shoppers and buy everything they want as soon as they want it… there isn’t much to get them besides dining gift cards.
I don’t do really do the gift thing. I surround myself with people who value the intangible life experiences, rather than material ones. The decisions that will require some thought during this season are more along the lines of what food items to share with loved ones and what fun activities to spend our time enjoying.

I’d have to say the hardest person to shop for is myself. My hubby doesn’t really know what to get me and asks if I like different things I generally tell him something I’d like to get one of our 4 children.

For me hardest person to buy for his my new fatherinlaw not easy too get something for.
My boyfriend is the hardest person to shop for. He loves fishing and hunting but is pretty picky about his gear. I can give him gift cards but that seems so impersonal. Christmas is just around the corner and I still have no idea what I’m giving him other than gift cards.

The hardest person to buy for this year is my niece, who is more like a daughter than a niece to me. She has very eclectic tastes and whenever I actuall see something I think she would like she ends up buying it for herself..lol.
My 14 yr old daughter changes her mind daily and likes a large variey of things ? One day shes listeni. Country music next day rap or classic rock same with styles of clothing wanted pr of combat boots next day said cowboy boots ??

I always find great things for my three daughters with no problem, but two have boyfriends who are hard to buy for. Add to that the fact that my account was just hacked and I’m out money until likely after Christmas, I’m really stressed trying to find something for them that I can afford with almost no money.

It is always difficult to find a gift for my husband!
I am only buying gifts for my youngest child this year but even that is difficult since money is extremely tight.

I’d say my kids are the hardest to shop for because I try to get them things that are fun AND useful 🙂 They’re also the hardest because a lot of things I WANT to get them are just too expensive.
My daughter Stacey! I think that girl owns everything you would want to buy her for a gift! I gave up and finally starting getting her gift cards, and she loved it!
The hardest person to buy for this year and every year is a dear friend who gets whatever she wants whenever she wants it. And she has no qualms about returning a gift to get whatever she likes better. I usually resort to a give card for a restaurant she likes.

my husband is the hardest to buy for b/c he drops hints as to what he might like and then sometimes he goes out and buys if for himself, usually after I already went out and got it for him and hidden it away. I have had to scold him for doing that on numerous occasions but he says he “got such a good deal on it”…really? you think?? it’s the holidays of course he did!! lol 🙂
