  1. I take vitamins and go for walks.

  2. I exercise 3-4x a week and try to eat less processed foods.

  3. To be healthy I make sure I get enough sleep each night. Plus I eat a well-balanced diet and drink at least 8 cups of water a day.

  4. To try to be healthy I try to make sure I go on walks or hikes every weekend and a walk after work,I also try to watch my sugar and salt intake because I love treats.
