I came across this Eggnog Coffee Punch recipe on allrecipes.com…doesn’t it sound so yummy?  What a nice beverage this would make for the holidays.  It’s easy to make yet looks so elegant.  One reviewer suggested it tasted like Starbuck’s Eggnog Latte.

Ingredients (4 servings)
1 1/2 cups coffee ice cream
1 1/2 cups eggnog
1 cup hot strongly brewed coffee
4 tablespoons frozen whipped topping, thawed (I prefer real whipped or canned whipped cream)
4 pinches ground nutmeg

Directions
Scoop the ice cream into a pan over low heat. Stir in the eggnog and coffee; and heat until warm, about 3 minutes. Pour into four glass or ceramic mugs. Top each with 1 tablespoon whipped topping and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve immediately.

  1. LOL – Didn't mean to ruin your diet! I didn't know there was eggnog ice cream on the market (I don't do ice cream…for the most part). BUT…now I know about eggnog IC – I will have to buy some for Ry. He'd love that! I was thinking maybe some kind of liqueur would make this yummy too!

  2. I'm betting eggnog ice cream would be good in it too…either half coffee ice cream and half egg nog ice cream …or substitute the coffee ice cream alotogether:) Thanks for ruining my diet:)

  3. Delicious !! So Good So Tasty.

  4. This recipe looks very tasty. Thanks for sharing!
