good idea to let kid use now day kid dont car of the weight they carry around it get the legs moving and then they can test therte skills
I like the fact that it has twice the resistance range of the other pedal exercisers. I spend a lot of time at the computer and this would help with the circulation in my legs.

It’s both smooth and quiet which allows you to focus on your work without disturbing others.
Also it has a distance measuring device and a stand for your desk so you can see how far you have gone. Wonderful.

I love that you didn’t have to sit on a bicycle seat in order to use it! I tried spinning once and it was not for me unless I get some padded shorts!

Oh this is so neat! I really love that it estimated calories burned! What a wonderful way to exercise your legs while you are working!
What I found really interesting is that Pedaling the DeskCycle at only 1 revolution per second, at resistance level 3, raises your energy expenditure by 100%! That is so wonderful!!!
