I would cook a mac and cheese casserole
If I was the lucky winner I would make a veggie lasagna in my new pan. I love that it doesn’t stick. that is going to be my favorite part.
I’d make a big pot of chili.
I would make veal parmagiana.
I don’t know what I would make first. Maybe a big fat juicy steak.
The first thing that I’d make in this gorgeous pan is Short Ribs.

I’m thinking I would make a big pan of my mother in laws famous burgers. She’s not with us anymore but showed me the secret and that’s the one food everyone talks about and misses in the family
