I always put salt on my bagels, but it is hard to find really good bagels. Even though there are some local bakeries that offer bagels, most are really not bagels, but simply bread rolls shaped like bagels. They don’t have that toothiness that a real bagel is supposed to have.
I typically like plain bagels or multi-grain bagels. Sesame seeds and poppy seeds are good, but more fall off that usually stick to the bagel. A cinnamon raisin bagel is good now and then too.

I love a plain sliced Bagel, warm, with real, softened butter on it. Sometimes I eat Peanut Butter and Raisins.
I like egg bagels.

I love cinnamon bagels with hazelnut cream cheese.
I love dessert like bagels such as blueberry or chocolate chip most but my favorite non-dessert bagel in the everything bagel!
